With the rise of easy to use scripting technologies such as PHP, Bright Creations have recently added open source content management systems to our list of technologies to deliver high quality websites at a fraction of the time. Some of the Content Management Systems we use include WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.

Each project we take on brings in a need for new technologies – some we develop from scratch to cater for special requirements and in some cases, we find an off the shelf technology which match the requirements of the client.

Call Center Technology – call center technology couldn’t be any more flexible, with the power of Asterisk, we have delivered call center solutions for large enterprises requiring high-availability and mission-critical call center solutions.
Document Management – Managing the knowledge in your enterprise is just as important as your workflow, and we use several off the shelf solutions including OpenKM which provides a free open source document and knowledge management solution.
Human Resources – For the client with a need for an application to manage the Human Resources within the organisation, we have used open source HR systems such as OrangeHRM to manage employee information, payroll, recruitment and others.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – For clients wanting to manage their sales, we have integrated SugarCRM and vTiger- powerful PHP based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. These easily integrate with Asterisk for Call Center and CRM Sales needs through Elastix or Custom Implementations.
