Work together

You are not competing against each other – we are competing against the industry.

Each one of you brings their own experience and creativity to the team, working together ensures we produce the best possible solutions for our customers.

Question

If you are unsure about something and you can’t seem to find an answer, just ask us.  We would rather you asked than waste time needlessly.

Learn

Once you have asked the question be sure to remember the answer (write it down if you need to), because next time you might be the one needing to answer it.

Share ideas

If you have an idea, tell us about it, we are always interested in what you think.

Remain open minded

Your ideas are great, but remember other team members’ ideas are just as valuable, be sure to listen to alternatives and keep an open mind. Often the best solutions to problems are implemented through the mixture of ideas.

Constructive Criticism

If we feel that you can do better we won’t hesitate to tell you.  We don’t do this to  discourage you but to help you to improve. Listen and learn, and you should fulfil your potential in no time.

Please note that we do not expect you to criticize your fellow team members.

Take pride in the teams work

If you think one of the team members has done a good job, tell them, they deserve to know.

Speaking beats shouting

An opinion with more volume is not an opinion worth more. If you have something to say, speak it, shouting will not be tolerated.

Be punctual

Making people wait is not only disrespectful, but wastes their time, be sure to arrive on time.

Protocol has been put in place for a reason; it will help you develop faster. Be sure to follow it
