Job Description
Bright Creations are looking for bright, talented and analytical Systems Analysts to join our business process consulting & custom application development teams

Responsibilities will include

Working alongside clients and analysing their business issues to identify the existing process flows and their short-comings
Building business process workflows to document the existing process flows of the client
Recommending improved and streamlined processes with the use of technology
Getting buy-in from the client senior management to ensure recommended processes are implementable
Gathering and documenting the information for as-is and to-be process flows through requirement workshops, interviews, business process descriptions, business process diagrams, surveys, workflow analysis and others
Documenting the systems requirements from the business analysis phase to be passed to the custom development teams who implement the change
Liaising between the client and the development team for projects
Being the main point of call for information on the business & system requirements for a project
Managing change requests and prioritizing modules with the client.

Job Qualifications

Computer Science or related degree
End to end experience of the project lifecycle
1-3 years experience in software development or business/systems analysis
