• Passion to learn – You must have a desire to want to learn, from your mistakes and from those of your colleagues – learning gives us an edge on the competition, remaining always one step beyond their reach.
• Professionalism – this doesn’t mean wearing a suit and tie, it’s about building strong relationships with your clients and colleagues.  You have to put yourself in their position and know how to achieve their goals.
• Attention to Detail – “The devil is in the detail” – we expect our people to have thorough attention to detail, it is what makes the difference between a satisfied client and a client for a lifetime.
• Know your field – whether you are applying for a technical position or non-technical position, know your field – a list of certificates don’t make you an expert, intelligence and experience do.
