Bright Creations has a team of 15+ developers, designers, testers and systems administrators which together make up our core strengths.  Our people are bright, young, passionate, freethinking and hard working individuals who work as a team to deliver the software our clients’ desire.

We invest a lot of time in selecting only the best people.  Our stringent interview process consists of a 4 stage interview process. A preliminary phone interview, an online assessment, a practical assessment and a one-to-one interview with management allows us to pick only the best graduates and experienced hires from Egypt’s growing talent pool.

We pride ourselves on the strength of our continuous training model – new joiners go through an intensive two week training course, followed by two weeks training on the framework required for their new project   Weekly training sessions keep our team at the forefront of technological change, this enables the sharing of lessons learnt and efficiency gains through process improvements.

With clients both locally in Egypt and internationally in the Middle East and Europe – the language of Bright Creations is English – all our team are fluent English speakers with excellent communication skills, presentation skills and a friendly environment as a plus.  Arabic is a given – so this accommodates for our Middle Eastern and Egyptian clients.
